The Pa-O National Liberation Army (PNLA) has vowed to completely eradicate all forms of dictatorship. This declaration was made during the 17th anniversary celebration of the PNLA’s founding.

The PNLA emphasized that it has stood firmly on the path of national liberation for 17 tumultuous years, never surrendering to the enemy, collaborating with them, or seeking refuge under their control. They reiterated their unwavering commitment to national loyalty, regardless of circumstances.

During the current Spring Revolution, the PNLA reaffirmed its intention to join hands with their comrades to eliminate all forms of dictatorship, including military rule.

The 17th-anniversary event was held on June 10, with various ground units of the PNLA conducting their respective commemorations.

The PNLA was established on June 10, 2007, and this year marks its 17th anniversary.
